Work is guaranteed. Lucia will remedy the issue if there is a problem at the squadron level.

Turnaround time is a maximum of 7 days.

Note: If this is the first time the cadet is getting work done with their current tunic, they will need to tag along to get the elbow to shoulder measurement correct.

Cadet will also have to be present if a replacement tunic is issued to once again get that measurement.

All garments should be washed once returned to the cadet as they will have a tailors chalk line on them to ensure accuracy.
